Like everything we do, Faro did not come out of a catalog: we designed it around one program's methodology, with its phases, its instruments and its roles. Today it runs in production with 85 companies.
Dozens of companies, mentors and a program team working in parallel with sensitive data from each business. The program had to set a baseline, run intensive workshops, document every mentoring session and report at the close, without any company ever seeing another's data.
